A native to New England, Chef Chris Vargoshe has developed his culinary skills to focus on creating well balanced dishes unique to cuisines throughout the world.  Residing in Steamboat Springs for over the past decade he has gained a passion for fly fishing, snowboarding, traveling and of course, cooking.

Using as many local ingredients that are available, he is able to prepare stunning plates, design incredible menus, and capture the audience with entertaining cooking classes.
